Zenith Leisure specialises in staff and management training through team building and adventurous activities. A vital part of every organisation; a successful team can collectively achieve much more than they would as an individual.
The key to our success is through allowing those attending to achieve positive shared experiences in a challenging and fun setting.
Our Executive Stress packages develop team cohesion in an unfamiliar and challenging environment. Taking team members out of their comfort zone and allowing individuals to utilise their personal skills in a more positive manner. Our bespoke packages allow us to develop the areas that you want enhancing. Whether that's communication and listening skills, team relationships or just getting out of the office for an enjoyable fun packed day.
Executive Stress Packages: Can be delivered at company locations, at Angrove Camp; our residential accommodation area, or various locations throughout the UK. 1, 2 or 3 day residential packages are available allowing an extensive variety of activities to suit all needs.
Activities: We use problem solving activities to test logical thinking, creativity, decision making and leadership skills. We can also increase confidence and new experiences with other activities such as Canoeing, Climbing, Abseiling, Coasteering, Mountain Biking, Gorge Walking, Bush Craft and many more. Those taking part will not only be challenged but the emphasis will also be on fun. Zenith Leisure prides itself in using modern and well maintained equipment for every activity.
Instructors: All Zenith Leisure Instructors are National Governing Body (NGB) Award qualified in their relevant activity discipline. All staff members are CRB checked, First Aid Trained and have completed an induction and assessment period within the company. They are highly professional and passionate about the outdoors and Outdoor Education.
Accommodation: For the residential packages, Angrove Camp offers a varied type of accommodation. Whether it's the luxury of the Angrove Cabins, wild camping in tents or man-made shelters or a mixture of both, the experience will be remembered by all attending for a long time to come. Angrove Camp is made up from a selection of camping cabins, a centralised briefing and eating room, a camp fire area and toilet and shower facilities. Angrove cabins comfortably sleep 3 – 4 people. The centralised eating and briefing area will also be used as a night time activity area when not out on the hill. A camp fire site is also available.
Location: Angrove Camp is located on the A173 between Great Ayton and Stokesley. The best direction of approach is from Great Ayton due to the road junction on the A173.
Cost: As all packages are bespoke, prices will be calculated by activity choice, duration and location. Costs include food, accommodation and transport when on-site.
